TISCO was founded in 1934 and is located in Taiyuan, Longcheng on the bank of the Fen River.

TISCO is a large-scale steel complex integrating iron ore mining and steel production, processing, distribution and trading. It is also a global leader in the stainless steel industry, with an annual output of 12 million tons of steel (including 4.5 million tons of stainless steel).
